Castle Inn

The Castle Inn public house is located at the end of the Mill Piece site and also falls into an area of interest for the ‘Friends of Minneymoor’ group.
With this mutual interest in seeing the area improved it was decided to organise a clear up. On a wet Monday on the 12th February thirty weather hardened volunteers descended upon the site to give the area a good spring clean. The mission was clear to remove as much rubbish and vegetation as possible. As you can see from the pictures in six hours that mission was differently accomplished.

Both EnTour and ‘Friends of Minneymoor’ will continue to support the further development of this area so watch this space.
