Minney Moor Field
EnTour is proude to support the Friends of Minney Moor group. Your friendship started last year just before the Make A Difference (MAD) Week in August 2006.
By chance Amanda a local resident of the Minney Moor field was encouraged to visit Leon Clemitshaw at the Terrace. From this
chance meeting it was decided to organise a clean up of the field on the first day of the MAD Week. Over sixty people volunteered that make making a vast improvement of the area.
This was only the beginning for the ‘Friends of Minney Moor’ group as they have continued
to meet and volunteer ever since.
